Q: Will I be seen by the doctor if I haven't paid my co pay?
A: No. Our policy requires payment of co pays at the time of service.
Q: When is my deductible due?
A: Deductibles are due at time of service. We will bill your insurance for the balance.
Q: Do you accept third party liability insurance ( automobile or personal injury)?
A: As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance, but the patient is ultimately responsible for bill.
Q: Do you accept payment arrangements?
A: Under certain circumstances we will. Please contact our billing office for details.
Q: If the parents of a minor (child) are divorced, which parent is financially responsible for the child's medical bills?
A: We consider the adult person who authorized care to be the responsible party/guarantor.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Cash, Credit Cards (Master Card and Visa), Check, Money Orders

Q: What do I have to send with my payment?
A: Include the name of the patient whose account is being paid, patient account number, and the tear off portion of the statement.
Q: If my account is not kept current are there late fees or penalties charged?
A: Yes. Late fees are applied monthly. If no payment is made in 90 days, the account may be turned over to a collection agency.
Q: Why do I receive more than one bill when I am seen at the hospital?
A: When services are provided in a hospital facility, you will receive separate bills from each physician, medical doctor, surgeon, radiologist, pathologist, anesthesiologist, as well as a bill from the hospital.
Q: How do I contact the physician on call?
A: We have a 24 hour answering service which may be reached by dialing 662-534-9042. The answering service will page the physician on call.
Q: How do I receive my lab results?
A: We have a 24 hour service available to our patients to retrieve lab results by calling 662-534-7373 and entering in their patient ID # which they will be given in our clinic at the time of service.
Q: Do our physicians admit to the Hospital?
A: Yes. All three of our physicians currently admit to Baptist Memorial Hospital Union County.
Q: Do you accept Medicare Advantage plans?
A: We are no longer accepting new patients with Medicare Advantage Plans, we will continue seeing our established patients with these plans.
